The hotel offers 445 nicely decorated guest rooms, two suites, featuring personal dining areas and whirlpool tubs, pillow-top mattresses , duvet and luxurious sheets, soft, fluffy pillows, sleep amenities, such as ear plugs and an eye mask, sleep CD, with music and relaxation tips, complimentary high-speed Internet access, in all guest rooms, alarm-clock radio, in-room movies, cable / satellite television, coffeemaker, hairdryer, modem connection, iron and ironing board, work desk, with lamp, dual-line phones, with dataports and voicemail and in-Room Dining, from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The hotel has a restaurant on site serving breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a cocktail lounge both of which can be found off the lobby. The hotel is a modern, high-rise downtown hotel. Lobby is medium in size with a seating area. The hotel also provides a state-of-the-art fitness center and an outdoor pool and sundeck (seasonal). (01/08:JB) Between the 1st of Jan.2014 until the September 3rd 2014 the hotel will be renovating guestrooms, lobby, meeting space, pool and facade. During lobby renovation, check-in will be done on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
As of June 25th 2014 construction that will be visible to the guests will be on the exterior of the building. The guestroom renovation will be taking place on floors that are out of service.
Restaurant: Currently, Elephant and Castle Pub and Restaurant is no longer open. (**As an alternate option, for any hotel guests requesting to purchase Breakfast, the hotel is offering and designating an area in the hotel during Breakfast hours for guests' convenience.)
**Guests as always, are advised to check with the Front Desk on any last minute changes in hours / or change in location of breakfast at the hotel.
Room Service - still available at the hotel.
Fitness Center: Currently, the Fitness Center located on our 8th Floor is not in service due to the 8th Floor area currently undergoing its renovations
